of our Developers meet the following five criteria:

Developers
are required to pass rigid technical-programming interviews
and demonstrate effective business communication skills before
beginning work at the client site. Visual
WWW
will provide business communication and technical-programming
training as required for different
types
of clients.
2. Developer's projects
are controlled and carefully supervised by Visual WWW’s
high-tech staff on a regular basis. Visual
WWW
reserves the right (if the client agree) to technically supervise
client projects to ensure that they’re done properly
and delivered on time using the latest available programming
techniques and implementation.
3. Developers
get the right salary, commensurate with their programming
and development skills and level of experience. Visual
WWW
will always notify developers of client changes and salary
adjustments by project.
4.
Developers follow Visual
WWW standards for design, development, and deployment
of Windows and Internet web business applications. Visual
WWW
will respect client decisions concerning methodology and
development issues by projects.
5. Developers
are required to keep their technical-programming skills
up-to-date, in order to provide high quality Windows and
Internet web business applications. Visual
WWW
will provide any necessary computer programming training
and mentoring as required.
Dr. Ernest Bonat, Ph.D. will start teaching a new course for Windows Applications Developers “Database Windows Applications Development Using MySQL and VB.NET”. This course starts on Sep/23/2008 and it’ll be hosting by Portland Community College (PCC), Southeast Center in Portland. This course provides students with the knowledge and skills need to develop real production database Windows applications using the MySQL 5.0 Open Source server and Microsoft VB.NET 2008 Express Edition.
